Upon entering, you are greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly made ice cream cones. The establishment offers both indoor seating with aesthetic appeal and outdoor seating with shade. While the service could be improved, it is not terrible or rude. The staff is still proactive and friendly enough to ensure you receive what you paid for. View all feedback.
What Andrea Delossantos doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
The staff at this restaurant was impolite. We frequently visit this location and today's drive-thru service was awful. Customer service remains a crucial aspect of any business. If I leave feeling dissatisfied with how I spent my money, do you think I will come back? No. It is essential to properly educate your staff so that their behavior does not negatively impact your establishment. View all feedback.
As soon as they arrive, they are greeted by the smell of the freshly made ice-cream cone. the place can be very athetic to eat in or enjoy it on the outside shadow it offers. Service-wise could improve, but nothing terrible or rude, still productive and friendly enough to get them what they pay.
Extremely sweet, they should be closed and they ended all order in a nice and contemporary way. there were two costumes that were a bit mean and they treated it professionally and quietly.
Rude employees. we are regularly at this place and my journey thru experience today was terrible. customer service is still important. when I feel bad about my money output, do I think I'm returning? no. train her personal right so it doesn't reflect badly on her business.
Ice is gone a great idea. this place is somehow oddly positioned on a busy road. we drove around the parking lot to find a parking lot, just to find out the parking places are on the wrong way from the entry. you have to go back to a room. but it was worth the visit.
Went to baskin robins last night because everyone talks about it and hypes it up but, it was not worth it. There's supposed to be many flavors of icecream on the menu, the drive thru menu didn't have such. The drive through was clear so service was easy to get and the service was fast. But I decided to order the Daiquiri flavored icecream, for one I asked for a description on it and the girl just said water based (so you mean sorbet) no description of the flavor or anything. I kept having to repeat over and over I wanted a kiddie bowl and I was convinced due to smell it was gonna be like wedding cake flavored. It was the most nasty thing I have ever had. I just threw it away. It was $3.73 for that.
