On Wednesday of this week I took my dog with me to Albertsons to shop their weekly discounts with no problem. Today is Friday and I came back for their discounts that only come up this day, thought I’d be in and out. I brought my dog with me and set him in the cart like I did days prior. When leaving the first day, I asked if it was okay that I had my dog, I was told people take their pets all the time and no one says anything. While paying for my items today, I was harassed by someone I believe is in upper management. This lady was rude and only had the nerve to say something as we were paying. I was told dogs aren’t allowed in the store, I informed her I was told otherwise. She said, “no that’s not the case,” cool, no sweat. I grab my receipt and try to put my dog back in the cart to leave and she stops me again! “No sir you can’t put him in the cart that is unsanitary, we’re going to have to sanitize that” (mind you he’s been in the cart this whole time up until her approaching me) so I grabbed my tote out of the cart, told her “I guess that’s why you make the big bucks” and left. I’m sure within those ten seconds she wiped down the handle of the cart and pushed it back outside because that’s exactly what I saw her do. Disappointed that I was targeted and discriminated against in such a weak manner. I’ll be back, unfortunately without my dog, and ill be damn sure to let people know what kind of weak people operate at that location.
Very nice and well lit Albertsons that also allows dogs!! Starbucks is conveniently located inside and can get a pup cup :

On Monday, I shopped at the Albertsons by UTEP to pick up a few items since I was in the area. All summer items are 40% off. Also, Albertsons have all Delicious candies on Sale their fresh at $4.99
