Scape Skydeck El Nido

Great food, great service, nice rooftop location! So why 1 star? Sadly about halfway through the meal a rat ran by outer table and went behind the bar. We informed the staff...nothing was done. Then just as we were finishing that rat or maybe its bigger brother made a run across the tables and over my foot. Once again reporting this led to a shrug. Ok its El Nido but this was on the 5th floor!! Ah well, its just as well that rats are known as very clean animals and not ones that carry any diseases (we were both sick afterwards- could have been a coincidence!

Absolutely terrible. The waitstaff was very friendly, the view is great and the food is ok. Having said that, I ordered a pina colada and my daughter had a pineapple shake. They set the alcohol in front of my 3 year old. I didn't notice until I tasted mine, after she had taken a drink and eaten the pineapple. I was livid. The place never had more than 15 customers total. It was not busy. The fastest service we had was when they cleaned the table. Drink orders took almost 10 minutes (if they came at all). We ordered 5 waters and only got 3. My older daughter very clearly ordered a burger with just cheese, it came with everything. They were out of half the menu items. It was an a long wait for anything, even though the waiters were standing right there. It took 10+ minutes to get our credit card back when we paid and just wanted to leave. There were guys sitting in the kitchen messing around. There were far more employees and friends of employees than actual guests, and it still took forever to get anything. I think the bar/kitchen staff actively wants the restuarant to fail. Giving a toddler alcohol is unforgiveable. everything else just really, really sucked.

Great for cocktails and has good food menu too. Really nice views of the bay from the highest point in town itself, this is a smart establishment. The happy hour cocktails are very good value well made and nice range. I can't speak for the food as I haven't eaten here but the menu looks good. This is a good place to start your night at 5 or 6pm and stay for dinner if the cocktails settle in your legs and prevent them from working.

This is a great rooftop restaurant with an amazing view! The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. The happy hour is great- I especially enjoyed their amaretto sours. Their Shanghai Lumpia were delicious. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great atmosphere for enjoying dinner.

Great experience overall. If you guys are looking for fine-dining experience, Scape Skydeck is the best place to do so. Too bad the weather wasn't nice when we went but overall, the view and the ambience is great. Their food is great too, not too expensive and it'll make you full for sure. Highly recommend the Pan-Seared Salmon and Avocado Shake.
