I stayed here three nights and had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful and in a great location. There is a free tuktuk service that will take you to the edge of town, but it is also walkable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially the manager Sid! The views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend! View all feedback.

Good to know is that you are dependent on the hotel transportation to get out of the resort until the main street, because the road cannot be accessed by the public tuk-tuks. Food was very good at the restaurant, great service from the staff and always looking to help you. This was the only plus. All things considered, I don't recommend. We only got this hotel because it was among the only available options left on booking.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, along with a refreshing complimentary drink. As we entered our room, we were immediately awestruck by its amazing features and high-quality design, especially the garden rooms. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a luxurious experience. To top it off, the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a delightful spread of delicious options. We initially worried about transportation to the resort, but they had plenty of tricycles available, making it convenient for us. Our stay at this exceptional place was truly remarkable. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. The water in the shower had a hint of a rust-like smell, which we understood may be attributed to the deep well source. Similarly, the pool had a noticeable scent of chlorine. Additionally, we would have appreciated having a mini fridge in our room. Nonetheless, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience of our stay.
They don’t have sandy beach front but have a nice ocean and mountian view. Did i mention the stunning sunset! Food was amazing with extra company at while you are dine-in at their restaurant and friendly staff. Room was ok except to the tiny ants.
My family and I had a great stay in Cadlao about a month ago. All the staff were very accommodating especially the staff in their restaurant and Sir Sid they were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends! : we miss you, Chichay!!
