There were about five employees, yet none of them assisted me. They definitely need to improve their customer service skills.

I said no, I wanted to... read more On Saturday, 01/01/22, I went into Wingstop at 11:30 PM, knowing they close at midnight. The employee asked if I was there for a pickup. I said no, I wanted to place an order. He told me he had just finished his last order over the phone, even though I had been calling since 11:20 PM and no one answered. Then he said I could order online. I asked if I could just order in person since I was standing right there, but he insisted I order online. I explained that ordering online would take more time, so why not take my order directly? He just repeated, "You can order online." It didn’t make sense to be sent online while I was physically at the store. I was really disappointed with the customer service because I love Wingstop, but this guy was terrible.

Despite arriving after my scheduled pick-up time to avoid the rush, I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. To make things worse, I didn’t get the nacho cheese fries I ordered—instead, they gave me some dry corn. I never received a receipt but managed to file a complaint online. Their only response was a coupon for free fries with a purchase, which isn’t acceptable. I want the nacho fries I actually ordered. The voodoo fries were disappointing as well; most were burnt and inedible. When I called to address these issues, the person on the phone was rude. This Wingstop location frequently makes mistakes and is very frustrating to deal with.

I placed two orders and got 20 boneless wings, but they only gave me 10! When I called to inform them, they told me to return with all my food, even though I was already home. I explained that my food would get cold if I made the trip back and asked if they could just remake my entire order, but they still said no. I even requested a $10 gift card as compensation, but that was denied as well. I ended up paying $20 for just 10 wings! This is unacceptable! I won't be ordering from here again.
