Starbucks - El Monte

Great locations and atmosphere. Spacious and everything feels brand new. Super friendly staffs as always! This one has a drive thru too! I'd give it a 5 star but the internet connection is really bad

I am extremely upset! I just visited this location and bought 3 grande drinks and 2 pastries. I specifically asked for light ice on my dragon drink for the reason that you guys always put more ice than the drinks itself and I received my drink full of ice. I finished my drink in 2 drinks from how little drink I was given! I am extremely dissatisfied after the money I spent at your location and especially after specifying light ice! Please be more considerate next time.

This local starbucks always has such friendly staff and has a great vibe. They're always consistent with the way they make my drink (My normal order is complicated). I usually order ahead with there mobile app which offers rewards!

In my opinion, Starbucks isn't doing well anymore. With drive thru now in most places, it seems everyone is so overwhelmed that they can't provide walk in customers the attention and hospitality required. Society needs to take a few steps back, Everything doesn't need to be in such a rush.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. They were very slow with service. The cashier was nice but others weren't. Someone grabbed my drink walked out brought it back. When I asked for a new one. I was asked why. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my strawberry lemonade.
