What nolanar likes about Filomena, México:
Family run place with in door and out door seating. Outdoor seating was nice as you got to see the world go by. Amazing value for margaritas as 2 for 180 pesos. Tasted amazing Proprietor recommended the 800g sirloin with grilled veg and salad. Cooked to perfection medium rare. Accompanied with the chimichanga sauce. Also amazing value!
