Pizza gruesa

Terrible service they called me and hung up on me and I had to call and they didn't answer me, the pizza arrived burnt (I have proof), it seemed like it had water under it and it wasn't freshly made, I've tried bad pizzas but it's the worst of all, the cheese It tasted super ugly, it seemed like it was from the last cycle, I ordered a medium pizza and it seemed small, for the price-quality I think it is very bad and it arrived cold, it came with very little dressing, if they could give zero stars I would have given it -10

I have been ordering for months and they always gave me excellent quality for the price, with the corresponding amount of ingredients, but today they disappointed me. They gave me a terrible quality of pizza with a very poor quantity of ingredients. I feel insulted and don't want to order from there again, I hope they do something about it with the chef in charge because this is not worth what I pay. Food: 1
