Prices are already bad for business; however, prices are out of control for delivery due to fees, tips, and other ridiculous charges. It's an unjustifiable expectation to expect a tip on any and everything. Moreover, staff seems to always miss items in the order. That's lackadaisical service. Food portions are smaller, generally of poor quality, and the taste is no longer an attraction. View all feedback.
Stopped to grab a burger in the drive thru just before lunch and ate almost half of the burger before I noticed the meat was completely raw in the burger. Went back to the Wendy's and spoke with the manager and her only concern was getting the burger out of my hand after I wouldn't give it back the manager asked if I wanted a refund which I said, yes. She replied. Only if I give the burger back! Like I would eat the raw meat? No, she just wanted to trash it and sweep it under the rug. Pretty sure she could care less about the quality of food being served!

Just disgusting! order wrong! service slow! fries threw in bag any kind of way.
Food good but when I pulled up in Drive thru it was empty tell me why after I paid I sat for 10 minutes waiting on my food no ketchup or even napkins I guess them extra
Only good thing that I have to say about this Wendy is they are okay they're not the best Wendy's in the state of Arkansas but a friend of mine works there and I adore her so I would go there just because she works there and she's a manager but other than that I wouldn't go
