What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Car hops are friendly, as well as order taker, but the food has gone down. Tonight I ordered big papers with the #2, I even mentioned to tell them they need to work on what is a big one, the carhop said nothing. The severity with my chicken strips was not hard, it was a super thin soup. At some point, I don't hear my friends eat there. View all feedback.

If you can ever pull into a working ordering system everything will be ok. They need to figure out a way to block those that don't work off.
We ordered 2 hamburger with out cheese got cheese extra mayonnaise didn't get it, not satisfied
Well, I think if they would stop asking fries or tots long enough to listen, they could probably get the orders right. Also, if they would slow down and stop saying is that it after everything I said, it may also help prevent extra carp being added to the order. Numerous screens do not work in the stalls. The place has the normal el dorado hospitality. Can 't wait to leave this place for good and get good customer service again.
It took 30 minutes for the order. We asked for mozzarella sticks puts it on the receipt. No mozzarella sticks gave us tots instead, had mozzarella sticks on the receipt. Took 15 minutes to get get the mozzarella sticks.
