That chicken sandwich that people are always talking about is FANTASTIC !! The breading on it is so perfectly portioned that you get this satisfying crunch that complements the flavor so well its the most euphoric fast food experience I've ever had. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because even though I said 4 separate times one spicy and one regular i still ended up with two spicy sandwiches.

NOT a great experience. Couldn 't tell which meal had the spicy piece in it (ordered 2 meals). Requested the window cashier/server take back the boxes and mark, and give me 2 bags. She gave me the bags back but I had to figure it out myself by opening the other box which was being picked up for someone else and look at both box 's contents. I didnt want to have to open their food box. I ordered 1 drink without ice. Drink had ice. Requested replacement and gave back to cashier/server. She replaced. Ordered 1 pepper but never received it. Had to work too hard to get my own order right. The young lady was pleasant, however, so I didn 't give the review a 1 star because of that. The sign on the window was sort of unprofessional, in my personal opinion. It basically tells customers to please be patient, but if you aren 't, apply for a job there! ????? There has to be a better way to request a customer 's patience while in the drive-through.

I got the shrimp. It was brown and super hard and uneatable. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich. They said they're patties were in the freezer but could offer the blackened? I still got a original and not a spicy.

I am rating only on the meal I just got. I asked for 1 spicy breast and 2 mild legs. I got 1 spicy breast and 1 spicy leg. Both pieces were over done. I also ordered a cinnamon apple pie and got a cherry pie that had raw dough. Not good night for me and popeyes
