I always love a Starbucks with a drive through lol. This is a pretty busy spot and sometimes the line is hard to maneuver around due to the shared parking lot area but the service is always great and I can get my morning and afternoon coffee close to work and not have too much of a hassle in the process. What Cyn Gardner doesn't like about Starbucks:
DO NOT DO MOBILE ORDERS HERE!! The customer service is horrible! I did a mobile order and they got all my drinks wrong and did not even give me the drink I asked for. When I went to tell them my drink was wrong they refuse to give me the correct drink and ignored me. View all feedback.
If you want a bagel, you better go before 8:00, because 19 times from 20, they will be sold until then. Really friendly staff here!
The workers are polite if not overworked. The drink took awhile to make, but otherwise A
Partners are fantastic, service is great. I just want to make my day a better one with the smile and gratitude of another who works for Starbucks.
Pretty funky exterior. Some staff has that ?bubbly? Starbucks vibe others are just plain nasty. Guess this is the new normal, as long as there?s a warm body to make a drink your hired.
We were traveling from San Francisco to Sacramento, we were tired and in the hurry. Saw this Starbucks on the way that should have been open till 7.30 pm. We arrived at 07.10 pm and there were already closed. We just lost time and didn?t get our coffee.
