Coffee was good from here. The toilets are clean and the service was great. Hand soap is available in the toilet bowl. Remember to get a sign to use the restroom.

This McDonald is the best I ever had. They are super efficient, the food is always great, there is almost never a moment. And the staff is always friendly.

I wish they had a drink machine with over 100 choices because this restaurant is the best in Richmond.

I used my reward points to get a free ice cream cone through the restaurant's app. When I arrived at the first window to pick up my order, the cashier, a black woman, was rude and argumentative. She insisted on charging me because the offer did not show on her computer. The manager intervened, asking to see the code on my phone, and eventually allowed me to get my free ice cream. The cashier continued to argue with the manager, displaying unprofessional behavior in front of me. She is the most impolite and confrontational cashier I have encountered and should be dismissed for yelling at both customers and her manager.
