The warm chips paired with flavorful salsa were a perfect beginning—just the right amount of heat, not too strong and not too mild. The Chili Verde Platte was delicious, and those folded tacos were out of this world! The service was fantastic, and the prices were great too. We will definitely be back!

Here's how to get there: Order the Special Quesadilla Rice Salsa. Scoop out some cheese from the quesadilla and pack it with rice. Liberally apply Salsa at your own discretion. Feast. It is sooo good. It's a reward. Fried, Flavorful, and IMHO (and in the opinion of select El Centro locals) the best meal around.
