The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and the service is top-notch. Ordering online was a breeze because of how user-friendly the website is. The cashier was friendly and made sure we received all of our orders promptly. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The restaurant has employees who cannot seem to get the order right. We asked for a pizza with half vegetables and half pepperoni and pineapple, but when we got home, the pizza was all mixed together with pepperoni and pineapple. Pizza is a great tasting. all pizzas are made with the best ingredients,as they are really good
We wont be ordering from here anymore. No notification, no one rang the doorbell, no knock on the door (we were sitting in the living room watching tv and waiting for our food that was already an hour and 15 mins late) I called the restaurant apparenrly it had just been delivered 10 mins ago, that our pizza was delivered, they left my family's food...ON THE FLOOR in front of my door. Nope, bye!
I almost always have issues with this location, but it’s my partner’s fav pizza spot so he always ends up going back. This time, we took a bite into the garlic knots and we BOTH got raw dough on the inside. My partner noticed it first and held up the garlic knot it was so raw, the dough was so stretchy I thought they messed up our order and gave us cheese filled bread. Even he is over their mistakes and decided we won’t be back!
Ordered a large pizza with bacon. Had no bacon on it. Cost me $30. As a Veteran my one good meal I get a month was awful. They replaced it but the cost and the disappointment made me so sad I lost my appetite completely. Been ordering from Papa John.s for twenty years and this was my first disappointment but it was a big one
