This hidden gem serves as a cozy coffee shop during the day and transforms into the Mexca Brew Co. brewery at night. The daytime menu offers a selection of 6 burritos and 2 sandwich options to pair with their coffee and tea selection. The friendly staff was more than happy to customize my burrito to be vegan, filling it with refried beans, potatoes, poblaños, avocado, onion, spinach, and tomatoes. They even kindly filled up my water bottle for free. The burrito was generously sized and affordable at $9, served on a half-cut Styrofoam to-go box with plastic silverware. Definitely worth a visit for tasty and budget-friendly eats! (Reviewed on 2022-10-14)

The friendly gentleman at the counter happily prepared a vegan burrito for me, filled with roasted beans, potatoes, poblaños, avocado, onion, spinach, and tomatoes. He even refilled my water bottle at no extra charge. We enjoyed our meal served on half of a Styrofoam Togo box with plastic cutlery, all for a total of $9. Overall, a great value for a tasty meal.
