I just treated a group of 4 to Menchie's in El Centro, CA, and in shock to find out that the quality of their frozen yogurts is going downhill. I was a returning customer and am familiar with their products, but I'm not likely to return. They have a steady flow of customers and should go back to selling quality products. View all feedback.
