Ihop - El Centro
Ihop
Description
IHOP presents a blend of familiar charm and notable shortcomings. While the service, led by attentive staff, consistently earns praise—servers often go above and beyond—the food receives a more tempered response, landing solidly in the realm of average. Cleanliness raises concerns, particularly in restrooms, which detracts from the dining experience. Interestingly, local patrons seem scarce, favoring fast-food chains instead. The crepes, however, stand out as a highlight worth savoring. As the sole IHOP in Imperial Valley, the need for more dining options becomes evident, prompting hope for enhanced culinary diversity in the community.

Great customer service and definitely good food.. From the moment you enter to the time you sit-down with your server to the delivery of your order , all add to an enjoyable experience.. Our waitress was Alessandra P did an exceptional job with our greeting to the help we received with our order .. As a senior I really appreciate your help with the menu options..thank I just wished that your El Central IHop was like our Valencia Road in Tucson..
Our waitress Denisse was amazing!!!!! By far the best service we every received on any of our visits. Food came out quickly, she was attentive and very patient with us. Give that woman a raise! Along with all the other workers. Everyone I saw was moving quickly and had a great attitude.
Even though COVID-19 is hurting business this IHOP is making due. Breakfast was served in a parking lot. I don’t eat eggs so I took their bacon sausage combo. The food was very good. I will be back for sure. Hopefully IHOP can reopen for service inside. Thank you for an awesome breakfast!
This was a great pit stop. Inwish I knew the name of our waitress she was awesome. We had her attention all throughout our meal. Food was pretty good too.
