Used to be my favorite coffee shop. The espresso drinks and cold brew were consistent. Most importantly, and what I miss most, was the quality of service. I would speak highly of Connection and get excited when others would, too. In recent months, my order has often been wrong and/or made poorly (i.e. watery shots, carelessly aerated milk). The restaurant was very neat and charming, with a cozy atmosphere and great food. My only issue was that I don't think my waffle came with syrup, or if it was supposed to. No one offered it to me, and I couldn't find any nearby. Despite that, the waffle still tasted good.
The restaurant is very clean and offers great service. The coffee and sandwiches are excellent. They also provide shared Wi-Fi if you need it.
Great people, great food and drinks. Better and better than Starbucks. Very cozy and family place.
I love the cold brew and lattes! The best avocado toast and waffles in the valley.
