Absolutely every dish Paco prepares is a taste sensation. His pizza sports a home made sauce along with freshly grated cheese and very...fresh ingredients cooked in an outdoor wood fired stove. There is sometimes a short wait for pizza as he needs to refire the stove after a couple of orders but sitting there surrounded by fresh herbs waiting to be plucked and added to the food is a great way to pass time

Be advised before you go that The Trip Advisor map is incorrectly directing to a spot in...downtown La Paz, but Iguanas is along Highway 1, heading north about eight clicks past 'The Whale Tale '.
