We went to this pub one Sunday evening for drinks and a meal. Friendly welcome from the bar woman that day. Nice cold beer. However, the food took quite a long time, as the cook went to get the ingredients from the freezer—but worth waiting for. Great bar, great food and great staff, found this gem while staying nearby and it has everything you need tbf, the staff were very welcoming from day 1 when we arrived, would highly recommend and visit again whilst here and if I was to come back to the area

We thought we’d try this at short notice and they were able to accommodate us. Beautiful garlic mushrooms as a starter which we shared, the potions are a good size. The pork and beef Sunday lunches were really good, lots of fresh vegetables just make sure you are hungry when you visit. Very friendly staff who really look after you. Will be coming again that’s for sure !!
We are now open every day from 9.00am until late. The kitchen is operating from 10.00 until 3.00pm and then from 6.00pm until 9.30pm.
