Great location, can be a little slow with orders at times. The food usually comes out hot though so it makes up for it. The staff have great attitudes, and work pretty good together. Just wish they would offer a military discount, a giant like them can surely afford it. View all feedback.

This place was terrible that they wanted to play with my order and got all my food wrong filled my cup with lots of ice so that I hardly got a drink and they thought it was funny sad part it seems as if the manager was on it.. I do not recommend anyone to the location on Fairbanks View all feedback.
Not my first time at this location but definitely an experience that I will remember forever please ask for KAILYNN if you want quality service. Mayra GM here working in supervising working her hardest please come see this location and she loves heremployees and takes care of them. Love it please stay the same way team.
I always go to this whataburger since it?s close to my home, not once have I had an issue with anybody there. Last night was one of the worst experiences of my life that I had to leave to a different whataburger where they where glad enough to attend me.The guy who was working drive thru last night 10/09 around 8-9pm was extremely rude literally making me feel dumb. I as avegetarian always substitute the meat for hashbrowns and it?s never been an issue, for Mr. Drive thru guy it was, I felthumiliated that he treated me like how he did and literally had cancel my entire order? mind you I wasn?t rude at all. justthought I should express my experience with you all. I?m tired too and work customer service that?s doesn?t give me the right tobe rude.
I love whataburger but I am not fond of this one. The last time I went I ordered two banana pudding shakes. We've had them before and they are great but from this location they tasted horrible, so we took them back to be replaced. Upon wanting toreplace them the woman rolled her eyes at my husband and said it is probably just the flavoring we didn't. We knew that wasn'tthe case since we have had them many times before, so she remade them and one came out right but then other had so muchflavoring that it was dark yellow and watery. My husband then went back inside and asked for another replacement, to which thewoman still had an attitude. I have never had such a terrible experience with Whataburger and I won't be going back to thislocation.
With many options for a great meal on the way to my parents summer house, this place could easily be missed.
We arrived at about 4:45pm on a Saturday to several open tables Don't be fooled!! There is an hour wait by about 5:10pm.
