Amazing service and relaxing atmosphere. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant dinner with my wife. The food was excellent and quickly brought out. Great service through our server Karl and staff. View all feedback.
What Lance Rogahn doesn't like about Romano's Macaroni Grill:
My wife and I visited Macaroni Grill for the second time in a month. I was quite disappointed today. The service was sub par. At times our server completely forgot us I even had to ask other passing servers to get me things I needed. My fettucine seemed less than freshly made. It was cold, dry, and was hard. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. : View all feedback.
For the first time, Romano is here in El Paso. The service was fast, the food was amazing, the bread was really good. I was a little embarrassed to be with the party I came with. Lyle (our server) was very informative, maintained a great setting and treated it in Stride. The goat cheese in Papaudele pepper cheesecakes were amazing, I repeat it very much.

I had a great experience here. I came on a Friday night and they had an Italian opera singer singing during the service. You had an amazing house wine thing where they trust you how many wines you pour? I never did that, so it was super cool. The food was great, the service was fast. I definitely come back.
It had been approximately 10 years I hadn 't visited this place since I was in high school. Family members decided to get together for a Christmas reunion, our server was awesome but the food and the prices don 't match. The atmosphere is nice, very Tuscan style with Italian decor, lights are very carefully placed as to create a bohemian atmosphere. In my humble opinion I think the food is way overpriced for what you get. The food was very dry, no salad or soup was included and the drinks are pricey as well. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was too dry. Don 't recommend the food and definitely will go back.
We arrived on a Saturday evening and the place wasn't busy at all. I thought I'd hit a lucky break and missed the crowds because Outback and BJs were packed. I didn't know just how wrong I was. Everybody else in El Paso obviously already knew not to come here. Cool concept they have with the butcher paper and crayons on the tables. Our waiter was named Albert and the service was abysmal. Two different occasions (I asked for a straw the first time, and a refill on my soda the second) I asked the waiter for something and he flat told me: NO. Maybe I don't get millennials and their humor, I heard him say this with other tables and they seemed to find it acceptable. I would prefer a waiter to be respectful. My fiance said that he was just flirting with me. I ordered Lamb Chops and a Pasta De Mare, the food was acceptable. The price was outrageously high for the quality. There are too many other places to eat around here to bother wasting time or money here.
