The last handful of times my mom and I have gone and have received excellent customer service. We were well attended by Jenna who was not only attentive but kind and served us with a smile. What did they do? Get this meal out of the two-week garbage! I don't know what the celery did. The wings were terrible. It tasted as it looks old, cold and burned. 40 bucks down. Really sad. The only reason I leave two star ratings is because the customer service was fair. Eating restaurants are sloppy. We work for money, just like they should. Better. View all feedback.

Steak and Lobster were delicious. I ordered extra butter and cheese for my baked potato. Im not fond of onions and they put them in with my cheese. Be nice if they actually looked at peoples orders.
The sauce for the Bloomin Onion tasted awful and the Dressed Baked Potato came in plain. Horrible experience ordering here.
I ordered a loaded baked potato. it was delivered with butter, sour cream, and cinnamon and sugar YUCK! salad was edible.
