Guests rave about the standout green chile burger and beer-battered fries, complimented by friendly staff who cater to specific dietary needs. The inviting ambiance, complete with pool tables and a patio, enhances the experience, while attentive servers ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurant used to be a nice place to visit until the owner's son took over. Now, he bans people from the bar if they leave cups on the tables. He is completely rude to customers and doesn't seem to care about their experience. During a recent visit to Pints, I brought an empty cup into the bar and couldn't find a garbage can at the entrance, so I left it on a table. Hours later, the new manager, Nick, approached me and said he saw me on video leaving the cup on the table. Despite explaining the situation, he told me I was barred from the establishment and had to leave immediately. It was a disappointing and upsetting experience, especially considering I was there to entertain friends and dance with my husband. It turns out that Nick is the owner's son, and his behavior was completely uncalled for. I will not be returning to Pints and will be sure to let others know about my negative experience with this establishment.
Our server, Eric, was very attentive and courteous. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, which was generous and flavorful. The lemon pepper chicken wings were equally delicious. My four softball buddies couldn't stop raving about the burgers. Hats off to cooks Alfonso and Chris! The venue itself is a good size, featuring pool tables and a decent-sized patio, along with a layout reminiscent of Frankins.
Nice bar with good food. Lots of entertainment there: tvs, pool, darts, live music sometimes. Stop on by.
I tried the green chile burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was juicy with a nice kick from the seasoning, and it was a hefty 1/2 pound of meat. The beer-battered fries were also some of the best I've ever tasted. The service was outstanding; my mom and sister both have gluten sensitivities, and the staff accommodated their needs perfectly. Plus, it’s quite affordable—about $10 per person. The only drawback is that the menu doesn't offer as many options as most restaurants.
