This place! My goodness! What a gem of place we were so stoked to find this little bakery that makes the most delicious everything, after months of dodgy South American panaderías. Proper sourdough and French baguettes with a good crust. The flakiest most delicious croissants. Focaccia topped with sun dried tomatoes. Delicious cookies. And to top it off lovely staff! What an amazing find. The breads are delicious. You can tell that there is a real passion for baking in the kitchen. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Patagonia. If you are anywhere close to the area you should definitely stop by and buy anything; it’s all fantastic!
This is not baking, it's art. Best croissant I've had in my life.
