The receptionist smiles; bringing her hands to her chest and me upon entry. I'm guided through banana foliage, snake plants (not literal and orchids. I'm seated by a riverfront overlooking a tangerine pink skyline. The catfish are playing and the birds are whistling. The place is packed. I heard it was popular but didn't believe it until I saw it! I peak inside and smell the creamy broth that makes my mouth water even before taking a bite. Jasmine rice is brought as it pairs harmoniously with curry.
