I've always asked what tasting menu would be, and always satisfactorily, except for a day when one of the dishes was incompetent. It was a kind of rice, no drip, full of blood, I've not come back anymore because I prefer to go to the city. Aragon. I never wanted to come back but I didn't find a place because it's too small.
We made a reservation to eat and upon arrival there was no menu of the day, only one tasting at an excessive price. it was good but not at that price.
