This was the best of 5 hotels visited on my short tour of East to central Germany.You will be happy to stay here before heading in to town for the delights of Eisenach. But a fair trek up the driveway - you'd better have a meal in town.The price is great if you like a scenic walk. Bus 10 is a help. View all feedback.

beautiful station on the way from wartburg to drachenschlucht. a simple lunch. badly disappointed by a overcooked sausage on a dry old bread we had to wait for 45 minutes. that has destroyed the experience. View all feedback.
Just great! Charming place, delicious quality food. Great service, very cozy view. You must ask for the Senf Sauce! Highly recommended!
Nice to have a beer and a bratwurst. Opposite a field. It isn't always open but when youre lucky you have a nice pitstop

After a long walk in the high temperature, we stopped having a drink here, but found out that there is no possibility to pay with the card. the bar-tender told me a very unfriendly way that I was not stupid to bring cash and. that he was proud that he didn't pay the service with tickets.
