A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Eisenach in the direct view of Wartburg. The rooms are lovingly furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is extremely tasty. Very friendly Pesonal in the hotel run by the boss himself. Small special requests are met promptly. We're coming back. Rooms: 5

The location of the hotel is fantastic with views of the Wartburg and very quiet. The food is very tasty, the breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is friendly and works solution-oriented. Only the room was extremely small as a DZ. We were just there one night, so we didn't complain. For this, the bathroom is very spacious and the mattresses wonderful. All in all highly recommended, only a larger room when booking. Walkability: The city is about 20 minutes downhill.

The Society for Ludwigsburg from Düsseldorf was on 11. June 2023 with 37 people for lunch at the Berghotel restaurant in Eisenach. We sat in the beautiful winter garden with views of the Wartburg. At our arrival everything was well prepared, the tables were covered and cold water was present. That was all the more important because we had only planned 90 minutes for the food. Bread baskets were quickly distributed for the first hunger. After about 30 minutes, the food was served. All dishes at the restaurant were very well prepared. The dorade fillet, the soot roast and also the beadhuhn breast were excellent. The service was always friendly and had time for special requests. Thanks to the management and the service team.

We can only join LEIDER one of the previous reviews, we chose this hotel as a wedding location, and fell in love with the location at the time. However, after weeks and weeks of calling, the boss does not create an offer. If you usually get out with another employee, it's always on the phone that they'll call the boss tomorrow. Unfortunately, this is never to be achieved, and if you get comforted. If you have one or more of these offers, I don't want to know how the wedding plan is going. We give our wedding and our money in more reliable hands. Very bad! The restaurant is not included in this review, we can still rate this.
