This year's family reunion took place in Eisenach, where many of our ancestors lived for many years. There were around 30 of us in total big and small. We ate on Sunday evening in the very eventful Lutherstuben. We were served very nicely, friendly, attentive and quickly, always with a nice saying on our lips. We all enjoyed the food fantastically. Price/performance ratio fits. We would be happy to come back to this... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Eisenacher Hof:
Quaint hotel, friendly staff, breakfast is okay. Rooms are a bit smaller and angled depending on the location. Absolutely sufficient for one night. The dinner was great. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4 View all feedback.
This restaurant was recommended by a hotel with a very wonderful restaurant so we took the recommendation seriously. With theme restaurants in America you usually get poor quality food and high prices and the effort is placed on the theme and money making. Well, the Eisenacher Hof had an interesting theme of the middle ages but the food that we were served was both very delicious but also plentiful and of high quality. My wife had pan friend trout that she couldn't stop raving about. I had schwein steak in a mushroom sauce that was also very good.I think it's a great stop when in Eisenach and all ages would enjoy it.
Recommended by our hotel and close to where we were staying, we decided to eat at the Eisenach Hof. The menu was a bit of a challenge, all written in German and some old German printing like my German language text book many years ago. I figured out a couple of dishes and the waitress helped. My husband had the Bratwurst which was delicious at less the €6 and I had a beef roullade. A bit more expensive and a bit dry. Should have ordered the Bratwurst. But the accompanying red cabbage was absolutely superb. Coffee and dessert, try the baked apple with custard which is brought to you table in a dish of flaming custard. Coffee very good too. Liked the atmospheric middle ages decorations, but maybe too tired to really appreciate it. But we did enjoy our dinner.
Amazing Middle-Age rustic atmosphere and decoration, with old guitars on the walls, similar to those the minstrels must have had and hay on the floors. Service was great, the waitresses spoke the old language, honestly at first a bit difficult to orientate ourselves. Food was food and the prices incredibly low, mostly under 10 euros per dish.Tipp: Don t come here without booking first, it s usually overbooked.
Roombeds unstable part, rooms are small but clean. quite pale-hearing and equipment elder dinner was perfection, breakfast would not be relocated even though there was still some time. disappointing for the price. the dame in the service at the breakfast, seemed personally disappointed when you asked for coffee or how on the map available asked for waffel or eier.ServiceMean at best but the workwear is nice
Breakfast was really top room: 4 service: 5 location: 5.
