This is a cool place to have some delicious 'home-cooked ' vegetarian food for a really fantastic price. You will be surrounded by hippies, students, and other interesting people. Dogs are allowed, but I only see one or two there at a time. They have a set 'meal of the day ' so you only get one choice for soup, one choice for entree, and once choice for dessert. However, the price you pay will be something like 7 euros for a 3 course meal. The colorfulness of the dish won 't disappoint. It is always an interesting motley mix of nicely spiced (not hot, but flavorful) of food, so you don 't even realize the entire dish was missing meat. You have to register (or subscribe as they say in Holland) that afternoon so that they know how much food to make. To register, just give them a call and give them your name(s). Oh yeah, they also have musicians playing sometimes. I 'm not sure exactly when. But it could be annoying if you 're trying to have a conversation. There is an organic shop where you can buy all sorts of organic (or biological as they say in Holland) products. Food cleaning supplies. Also, I don 't know if it 's still there, but 3 years ago, there was a record shop in the back. I 'd say that 's pretty awesome! Overall, I highly recommend the place!
