It seemed that the dishes were not made with real Italian ingredients, but rather with commercial products commonly found in large supermarkets in the Netherlands. A lot of oil and garlic were used to create an “Italian flavour,” but this does not reflect true Italian cuisine. This may be why many people find the food delicious, as the strong flavours mask the overall quality. On the positive side, the wine and grappa selection is good. The service was acceptable, though quite slow. One disappointment was the antipasto: we ordered one Italian antipasto to share between two people, but it was served as two portions and charged twice without this being clearly explained in advance.

I'll make sure that I'll stop each time in the opposite. the price seems to have risen, but for a few years I've been here. were bigger than I remembered. I wouldn't have ordered a page to go with my escape. Flavour is as good as ever. make sure they are in and enjoy some good Italian cuisine when they are in ahoven!
