Unfortunately the service is also poor. The guests don't seem to care here. Whether orders for food or drinks. We always had to go to the counter. Unfortunately not recommended.

The food is excellent, I had a lumberjack steak... read more The Eckstein is always worth a visit, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, the cocktails are also delicious. The food is excellent, I had a lumberjack steak with fried potatoes and the typical Eckstein Knobi bread, with a salad. For dessert I had a lava cake. The portions really big. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really cozy and despite its size there is always a cozy spot. Particularly noteworthy is the particularly competent and attentive service, thank you very much for that.
