The first time, we were told not to order too much because a customer... read more We've been there twice in the last two weeks and were given a great welcome by the staff. The first time, we were told not to order too much because a customer order still had to be processed. Then the clerk tried to talk me out of the potato wedges, saying they would take too long and I should have told them sooner. The wedges were half-cooked. Today we went to the same clerk. Upon greeting, we were immediately told not to order too much because he wasn't feeling very well today. We asked why he wasn't home (he has no replacement). Especially when you're sick, you shouldn't work with food. We got two subs, and the second one had so much hot sauce on it that I couldn't finish it all. Next time, I'd rather get a kebab and get more for my money. Update 10/2/25 We went to Subway in Eilenburg again after more than two years. Several times, even on Sundays. It seems like a lot has changed here. We also noticed that our reception was being looked after. The salesperson knew our reception very well. During our visits, the salespeople were very friendly and accommodated our special requests. Therefore, I am happy to change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.
