This is a hidden gem. when they arrive, they wonder if they should enter. we are very happy, we have! we took the menu of the day and that was an excellent surprise. cordial gratitude to the whole crew of eden!
After a very long travel day and some frustrating circumstances that led us to be spent, we decided to stay close to our hotel. After we had asked ourselves about it, we drove and saw L’eden in a restless situation and thought we had a fast meal. Now, let's just say this thing. surpassed by an expectation we could have had. the food was delicious and fresh, after we only wanted a few drinks and a drink, we had deserted and a plate. a very pleasant surprise and highly recommended if they travel from aix to any surrounding city/village. the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly and efficient, next time we make our way into the Provence we can definitely see that we are going to visit. thanks to all at L’eden for the brightening of our day!
We chose L’Eden on the basis of the tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. we have an unusual collection of allergies etc. and they have adapted the menu to us. we all had an excellent meal and enjoyed our evening very much. it's not easy. At night, find how it is in an industrial area! that is really worth it.
A so wonderful welcome and service. the food was great, a firm for the eyes and the taste sacks. my black Spanish pig on a black rice risotto was the most tasty thing I had eaten in y weeks in france. the cracking was...brillantly broken and distributed over the risotto and under the pork that every bit delicious.
We stayed nearby outside of Aix-de-Provence and wanted somewhere in the area. We checked reviews on TripAdvisor and found this highly rated restaurant just a half a mile away. It was a little confusing for our gps to find, led us across the street but...in turning around we saw it. We decided to give it a go. Very glad we did. We ordered 50ml of a rose from the region which was very good. The server brought an Olive tamanade with croutons to snack on also. Since it was late, we didn’t want too much before retiring for the evening so we only ordered an entree. We both had the marinated beef filet with truffle sauce and whipped potatoes. It was so tender you could cut it with your fork. I don’t usually like my beef medium but this was so good I did not notice. Served with some baguette to sop up the juices. Feeling just satisfied with the wine and entree, we did not order a dessert although we would have liked to. The meal was 25 euro each and wine was about 20 euro, bill was about 68 euro. We felt was very reasonable for the quality of food. We especially liked the 1970’s music selection which was from our youth, brought back skit of memories. Felt like we were on one of our first dates! Definitely recommend!
