Fortunate enough to have eaten here. Lunch at the chefs table. Simply fantastic experience and the best food I’ve eaten. Beautifully presented and explained peppered with visits from the head chef Gareth Ward who you can see ‘cheffing’ in the kitchen. The service was exemplary. All of this whilst surrounded by the Cambrian Mountains. Amazing day. Thank you Ynyshir.

The dinner and stay at this restaurant was fabulous. The evening meal was an amazing experience with a cute, charming ambiance. Every course was intense in taste and all 30 courses were absolutely delicious. The service was efficient and the staff worked together seamlessly. We were seated in a spacious garden room with beautiful decor. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience.

I must admit, I was skeptical about a 30-course tasting menu. I had struggled to finish a 6-course menu in the past. However, what Ynyshir offers is 30 perfectly crafted dishes. Each one is a culinary masterpiece, served by passionate chefs who truly care about the food they create. Gareth's enthusiasm is contagious and adds to the overall dining experience. I've dined at many top restaurants, but this meal was undoubtedly the best I've ever had. It may not be cheap, but it is worth every penny.

From the moment we arrived the team and experience was openly perfect. as we ever find somewhere else to fit together is now the only problem. if they can, please do one please please and keep the passbank. gareth was an attacking guy and fascinating to observe. a real top type that has made an experience incomparable where I have ever been.
