Cozy local restaurant with two outdoor areas, a garden and a terrace with a great view. Nice personel. The food, schnitzel and also the spicy Cordon Blue were very good. Fries and salad also very tasty. Price performance still ok. Clean ambience, there is a café next to the restaurant. View all feedback.
What benomad doesn't like about Nachtwaechter:
We stopped here on a Sunday after a hike. The restaurant was not overloaded, but unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed, which made us very sorry for them. But it does seem a bit negative when the service asks in a tormented manner that we should please take the drinks down from the full tray ourselves and we have to go to the checkout to pay because the bill was forgotten. Decent coffee and bakery place, with a nice view on the river from the small terrace... but a really slow and disorganized service.
Hearty cafe with a view of the Rhine. Fine patisserie and pastries from our own bakery. Nice service

Last night we were at the Nachtwächter restaurant with 25 people and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, from the starter plate to the dessert. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming as our table was even decorated. It was a successful evening all around and we had a great time. I can definitely recommend the “Nachtwächter” restaurant!
