The environment is really nice. Staff are friendly. Octopus appetizer was ok, a little oily. Tonkatsu ramen was delicious, and the 2 roll I ordered were very good.

Delicious Sushi; the white tuna was sublime!!!!. The most fragrant jasmine green bubble tea I've ever had. However, and more impressive, the ENTIRE staff was courteous and overly hospitable in spite of my overly grumpy disposition. This crew does it right. Thank you Ramen Wakana.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is charming, the staff is very friendly, and the service is quick. The food is fantastic! My kids particularly enjoyed the appetizers, while I loved the chicken rice bowl and even finished my son’s ramen. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get good value for your money.

The bubble tea was exceptional—like nothing I've ever had before! Finding good ramen can be challenging, especially since I've been spoiled by North Jersey's offerings. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality justified it. The only downside was that our waitress wasn’t very attentive, but she was knowledgeable and friendly. The establishment was clean, and the vibe was just right. I will definitely be returning to Ramen Wakana. Kudos to the owners and staff for a job well done!
