I finally got to a food truck event, and these fellas were there. I could smell it from the parking lot. Originally, I was going to get something from a differe... read more I finally got to a food truck event, and these fellas were there. I could smell it from the parking lot. Originally, I was going to get something from a different trailer. I love BBQ so I eat it when I can, and figured something new would be better. But I couldn't ignore how good the smoker smelled. The wife I ended up in line for Atomic Hog after doing a lap, and good thing we did. They're slinging the sexiest pulled pork in the Valley. The meat was tender and soft, and seasoned extremely well. We didn't need to add sauce, but we took a cup of hickory and the regular. (The wife likes the hickory best, which has a softer and sweeter taste. The regular has a zap of vinegar that's not too much or too little, just enough to cut the fat of the pork. There's a suggestion of heat in there to keep it interesting, too. That one's my favorite. I'll be back next week for another sandwich and a few ribs for sure. Whatever these guys are doing, they need to keep on doing it. We're definitely going to keep them in mind for a catered event, too. Or maybe I'll get a catering sized order just for me.

I'll definitely be back for more!
