What The god of noobs doesn't like about Effingham Grocery Grill:
I came here to eat with my family. The service was horrible the boss was constantly shouting at her employees which creates a horrible work environment. Though I will admit the food was quite good my biggest issue is the way the boss was acting I could understand berating her employees in a backroom or something but no she shouted at her employees in the middle of the dinning area disturbing me and my family. The owner is very rude , cussing employees while customers are in store . Maybe if she treated her employees better she could keep good help . The food is very good . Would love to see the employees get treated better .
