Buffalo Wild Wings Effingham

I had a reservation for 7:15 PM, but when I arrived, the host informed me that there was no record of my reservation. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order, and then we waited over an hour for our food to arrive.

The service was exceptional, and the new burgers are amazing!

The food is fantastic, but be prepared to wait around an hour for your table to be cleaned and for someone to take your order at this understaffed location. The waitress appeared to be overwhelmed and wasn’t familiar with the menu. It was unclear who the host or manager was, as everyone seemed busy with various tasks but without much efficiency. Despite the service issues, the food was really good.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife and her family on Sa 12-22-2018. Although quite busy when we arrived and the first hour after, the staff did a wonderful job of seating our party of eight, taking and handling our orders, keeping the beer flowing and handling all else we needed. The only down side was that our Fighting Illini, despite our cheering, lost to Mizzou in the Braggin' Rights men's basketball game we watched there.
