Went to eat here with my 9 year old daughter. Place is a throwback in its retro appearance and to an era where food is super fresh and workers make you feel appreciated for coming in. We heard the orange sherbet was just as good as Caseyville Dairy Haven, but sadly it isn't. The cherry ice cream float was also subpar. But, that's not to say Northside isn't good. Just not up to the expectations I had. View all feedback.

Northside is the *best*! Seriously, my favorite soft-serve ice cream of all time. Fantastic crew. Fun small-town vibe. Awesome sign game.
Great place for a sundae, lunch or dinner. I got the sliders with cheese, regular fries and a lg Ice Tea. Sliders were cooked medium, well seasoned. Everything came with grilled onions, pickle and ketchup and mustard. Very tasty and filling. Good value too.
The sliders are great, especially when you order them with everything (be sure and have plenty of napkins handy). The onion rings are old school, fresh and crunchy. Full menu of Excel beverage choices available on the fountain. Friendly service.
