Jersey Mike's Subs - Edwardsville

Went for lunch and did not disappoint! I've missed them for 3 years! Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Blows Subway out of the water. The difference is they grill their stuff not microwave it. The only thing wrong is they sell Pepsi products. That won't keep me away! Don't have details yet but had these down in Texas. Love their sandwiches. Planning on going today. I'll update. Very excited!!

Somewhat disappointing. The sub was decent even though it was served on white bread vs. the wheat bread I ordered. I placed my order through the Jersey Mike's app. It took 40 minutes longer than the promised pickup time to receive my order with the explanation that the hot sandwiches were backed up on the grill all of our sandwiches were cold. To be fair, they've only been open a few days and I'm sure they are still working out the kinks in their system. I'll givethem another try in a few months once they are more settled in.

Unable to order online, phone number doesn't seem to work(goes straight to a voicemail that is not setup) and extremely long waits. Went to order in store, waited 15 mins with only three customers in front of me and they finished serving one. Left after that. Just extremely disappointing and poor. I know this location is new and there are staffing issues everywhere, but doesn't excuse some of these issues. I love jersey Mike's, but would choose other locations/options fordining until they get their act together
