Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I wanted to try one of their limited menu items - the grilled cheese steak burger. It was absolutely delicious! Not too greasy, just perfect. I always enjoy grilled cheese on Texas toast. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I only did a takeout order, but I liked the inside of the restaurant. It was clean and had a diner-like atmosphere. I hope to dine in one day and enjoy the ambience. I also ordered a half and half shake, which paired perfectly with the steak burger. Just a heads up, the burger has two patties. Great job, Edwardsville!

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I was concerned about the slippery floors. I have never seen a Freddy's in such poor condition. The use of new mop heads and proper cleaning is necessary to prevent accidents. The owners should take notice and ensure the floors are safe for customers. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen if not addressed promptly.

I ordered a chili cheese dog and when I opened it, it was just a plain hot dog. I also got a double cheeseburger that is usually delicious, but this time it looked unappetizing and soggy.

Some food was not prepared as ordered. Overall, all food was room temperature along with the ice cream.

Employees are absolutely rude, Usually have a good experience. However my boyfriend and I decided to leave since the employee had such an ugly attitude about us ordering our Ice Cream in the drive-thru. Sorry not sorry but I am NOT willing to give my money to a place that has a unwelcoming environment with zero patience.
