Foundry Public House - Edwardsville

The food came cold and the chicken was dry. But taste was good. The Greek frits were strongly spiced, which made them very salty. Server did the minimum to ensure that we take care not a bad job, but not exceptional service. The atmosphere was very dark and loud and many echoes made it hard to talk at the table. The mating of the darkness with brown menus with black lettering made it very difficult to read. I'd be willing to give him another attempt, but it's not a recommendation that I would do.

The bar staff was good enough. Specially ordered fresh, hot, chips from previous experience. 1min later, small crumbs of non-hot chips of dirty oil appear. She recognized the crumbs of the chips that were still served.... whatever. No big deal. We go to pay tab friend had 10$ set drink 15 down and got no change in return. No crowd.

I was there for the first time yesterday and had an absolutely fabulous time! The people who worked there are wonderful and the food was unrealistic. The burgers are just incredible....you have to have a guinness there a jamison and a burger.

Servers are friendly, but they seem overwhelmed. Too many tables, not enough staff. The terrace is great and they have decent drinks. Food is always hit or miss.

Came in to dine with my family on Friday night the host with black hair was super disrespectful towards not only me but the guests behind us. She said the wait time wasn?t on her behalf which we understood but she kept rolling her eyes and talking under her breath. Check on her definitely because I won?t be coming back if she is going to be working!!
