Doc's Smokehouse Catering

We visited Doc?s Smokehouse for the first time on Saturday and were thoroughly pleased with the food and service. We both got the brisket sandwich with seasoned fries/sweet potato fries and didn?t leave much behind. The fries were seasoned perfectly with some sort of sweet seasoning and the brisket just melted in your mouth. Would love to go there again and try something new and dine on the fries again. ?

The burnt ends are good, but the RIBS were GREAT. The Memphis Red sauce and the sweet and smokey we're both very good. The BBQ beans were good, and the Mac cheese was okay. Customer service was great and fast.

This place is phenomenal! Childish staff, the prices are decent for a smokehouse. They are usually exaggerated. It is our favorite BBQ place now!

I ate too late. The dining area is large, open and clean. I ordered the pork steak with Coleslaw and cucumber salad. Service was fast and friendly. It was not busy at all and my order was out in less than 10 minutes. The pork steak was deliciously thick, moderately sown, had a smoky taste and was so tender that I didn't need a fork. The Coleslaw is a fairly standard creamy mixture with a hint of vinegar. The cucumber salad was on the tangy side (which I like) and the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and onions were all very fresh. The duck also comes with a roll and butter, but I skipped them. As a big fan of smoked meat and grill, I was really satisfied and would recommend this place.
