On 7/20 at 10:23, I pulled up to the drive-thru menu and got no response. I saw what appeared to be an employee heading to the dumpster but heard nothing from them. Assuming they opened at 10:30, I waited. At 10:34, I drove up to the window while trying to call inside on my phone. A man with black dreadlocks appeared, and when I knocked, he shouted, "WE’RE NOT OPEN." I found that rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable treatment for any customer. First, if the drive-thru was closed, a sign should have been posted at the speaker. Second, a polite explanation that the restaurant was not open yet would have been the proper way to handle it.

I had requested a beef and cheddar sandwich but received it without the cheddar, which was disappointing. I had to improvise by adding two slices of American cheese, and surprisingly, it turned out quite delicious. It would have been fantastic had it been made as I requested.

The food is consistently served hot, our drinks are always accurate (which is crucial for us diabetics), and they always ensure we have enough Arby's sauce. The only small issue is that they occasionally forget to include extra fries when we order them, but they never charge us for it. Overall, we have a fantastic experience every time we visit.
