Maple Cafe - Edwardsburg

I've been feeding there for over 15 years. I never had a bad visit or a super bad service. it is a nice small family restaurant and a good change from the fast food to catch their breath and set to a slightly higher price. food: 4/5

I am very rare one who complains to me when we go somewhere. I may not be rude and be negatiw, but that was not a good experience. 15 minutes to get a drink. waited an hour for 2 omeletts. not cute. I have no part of our toast orders. 1 to wait for coffee in almost 2 hours. a terrible culinary experience. when we waited, another one told us a lot of luck and they don't come back. neither do we. 2 hours and a family that came in, got her to eat 15 minutes before we did after we were an hour.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the food was even worse. The eggs were overcooked, the omelette resembled scrambled eggs instead of the fluffy dish I was expecting, the toast was as hard as a rock, and the hash browns were limp and lacking crispiness. To top it off, they messed up my order completely. The smell of the eggs was so bad that I couldn't even stand being near the plate. When I informed the server about the mistakes, they took back the touch I received, but still charged me for the rest of the horrible meal, including my partner's dish. I highly recommend avoiding this place—it was just a terrible experience all around.

The place was busy and our waitress went out after our order and never turned it into the owner came by and apologised and told us breakfast was on her. I'm sorry for her because that let her and another girl wait.

However, I did have some issues with our server. They were slow to refill our water and often forgot our requests for hot sauce and extra napkins, which was quite frustrating. To top it off, they completely overlooked my cinnamon roll side and didn’t mention it until I inquired about it. Overall, while the food is great, the service could definitely use some improvement.
