Beautiful, cute and clean time. Was very helpful to take a bite while driving on the yellow head. The store is located along the highway so you can't miss it. Free parking is available. Restrooms are clean and well maintained.. The drive thru is also fast. Outdoor seating is available. Service: Exit View all feedback.

I always came at 3:00 and at that time the girl who works never takes the order to time. I often saw her eat and enjoy her food and don't look at customers. The girl is Indian and has no respect for customers View all feedback.
Great tea, yummy donuts. Staff was ok! Good selection and clean restaurant. A little bit loud.
I meant to buy a chicken sandwich but made me pay an extra 2 dollars for a chicken wrap
Stopped by at 1030 at night on our way back to Edmonton. They only had 3 flavours of timbits available when we came : Drive thru was a bit awkward and the road was a one way only street. Drive thru was fast and accurate on our visit.
Rude, slow, Very slow actually. Had to ask for service like a Karen after waiting for 10 minutes in line. I don't recommend.
I don't normally think about reviewing a Tim's really they all offer the same menu and we all know what it is. But, I was so unimpressed with my experience at this one I needed to write it down. I went here as I was driving home from Vancouver thinking well this should be easy, they have the same menu as everywhere. Well, it was anything but. I was with my parents who are vegetarian and boy did that ever change the easy to not easy at all. They tried to order the vegetarian panini and the woman at the counter had no idea what was in it. You would think that would be a fairly simple question to answer. Then we tried to ask what was in garden vegetable soup (for those of you who are not vegetarian some veg soup is actually made with a chicken stock making is not a vegetarian friendly option so you do have to ask). Now, most places can still tell you whether that is the case or not. That was not the case here. First, she did try to get the information. Then she was told to give me a nutrition guide which by the way gave me all the information about fat content and salt content but nothing about chicken content. Then the manager came out and told me to call the number on the back and talk to them. Are you kidding? You should know this? With all the allergies, gluten free, vegetarian diets that people have now days, you should know what is in the food you are serving. Let's be honest. It's coming in containers read the label and put a notice up in the back to inform all the staff if it is veg friendly gluten friendly or not for the day. How hard can that be???? Now, the staff was friendly for the most part. The coffee was still Tim's coffee and the panini was still decent. So, in the end, is it this Tim Horton's or is it them all that don't know? Now I am on a quest to find out.
